What we verify
- Phone — OTP confirmation on the registered Indian number.
- Identity — Government photo ID, validated against a name on the application.
- Medical credential — College / hospital ID for MBBS / nursing / intern helpers.
- Face — Live selfie matched against the ID photo using third-party KYC.
Admin approval is mandatory
Even after automated checks, a Hospital Saathi admin manually reviews every application. Helpers can only accept bookings after the blue tick is granted.
Continuous monitoring
Patient ratings, reviews and reports are reviewed weekly. Helpers below 4.0★ average or with verified abuse reports are suspended pending re-verification.
