By using Hospital Saathi, you agree to the following terms.
1. What we are
Hospital Saathi is a hospital assistance and navigation platform. We help you book verified human helpers (medical students, interns, nursing students, trained workers) who guide you inside hospitals.
2. What we are NOT
- We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions or treatment.
- We do not provide emergency or ambulance services.
- Helpers are not licensed practitioners acting in a clinical capacity on this platform.
3. User behaviour
- Treat helpers and staff with respect at all times.
- Abusive, harassing or discriminatory behaviour leads to immediate suspension.
- Fake accounts, impersonation or fraudulent payment will be banned and reported to authorities.
4. Payments
All payments must be made through the Hospital Saathi website or helpline. Face-to-face / cash payments to helpers are strictly prohibited and not covered by any refund, insurance or dispute resolution.
5. Helper responsibilities
Helpers must complete verification (Phone → Government ID → Face) before accepting bookings. Helpers are paid 75% of the service fee after GST; 25% is the platform fee.
6. Liability
Hospital Saathi's maximum liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for outcomes of medical procedures.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
