Emergency reporting

Tap the floating SOS button to instantly call our helpline. Use it for: missing helper, harassment, medical emergency near you, suspicious behaviour.

Abuse prevention

  • Phone numbers are masked on both sides until booking is confirmed.
  • All in-app chat is logged and reviewable on dispute.
  • One-tap "Report" on every booking. Zero-tolerance for harassment.

Suspicious activity monitoring

  • Bookings flagged by ML for unusual location / time patterns are reviewed by humans within 30 minutes.
  • Repeated cancellations, abusive language or off-platform payment attempts trigger an investigation.

Secure communication

  • All messages travel over HTTPS / TLS 1.3.
  • WhatsApp deep-links unlock only after payment.
  • Live tracking is shared only between the patient, helper and Hospital Saathi support — never publicly.

For helpers

Helpers can mark a booking unsafe and request immediate evacuation; Hospital Saathi blocks the patient pending review.
