Cancellation window
- Free cancellation up to 12 hours before your booking start time, or any time before a helper is assigned — whichever is later.
- Fee applies for cancellations within 12 hours: ₹49 platform fee to compensate the helper's blocked time.
- No cancellation after the helper has reached the hospital or after the service has started.
How to cancel
- Go to My Bookings in your account.
- Tap the booking → Cancel.
- Confirm. You'll see the refundable amount before confirming.
