Refund Policy

We want every Hospital Saathi visit to feel safe and worth it. Here's exactly when you get a refund.

Full refund (100%)

  • No verified helper available within your chosen time window.
  • You don't like the assigned helper after viewing the profile — request refund within 30 minutes of unlock.
  • Helper does not show up at the hospital — see the Double Refund Guarantee below.

Double Refund Guarantee 💎

If you reach the hospital at the booked time and your helper does not arrive, our team will refund 2× the amount paid within 8 hours of you reporting it on our helpline or WhatsApp.

Partial refund (50%)

  • Cancellation between 12 hours and 2 hours before the booking.

No refund

  • Service has been completed and helper has marked the visit done.
  • Cancellation under 2 hours before the booking time.
  • Cash paid directly to a helper (against policy — see Terms).
